Player Knockback from Snowballs Toggle

A very silly addition for sure, but I think adding a toggle for snowballs to deal knockback to other players would be a fun little feature to have, especially when to comes to minigames.

    It should also be for eggs and fishing rods.

    Yes this would be great; I'm trying to make a snowball fight datapack and its proving to be very difficult. This would be a great option for those people who want to make minigames with friends!

    Yes, it can be turned on/off by command!
