Add a controller dead zone option in the settings for joysticks

There is currently, in the universal edition, no toggle in the controls settings for a joystick dead zone, so people with slightly broken controllers have to deal with constantly moving or looking in one direction, which is very tedious.

    Since this request has existed since 2019 and still has not been addressed, I understand that the chances may be slim. However, I still sincerely hope it can be implemented.

    I have a disability in my fingers, and sometimes my fingertips tremble slightly. I play on PS5, and in most other games this does not cause any issues. However, in Minecraft my character frequently moves in unintended directions.

    Because of this, it reduces my immersion and also decreases my motivation to play. I sincerely hope this feature can be considered from an accessibility perspective as well.
