(Bedrock) Option to switch back to the old background color in the menu

In 1.11.0, the background color for menu screens such as "Play" or "Create new world" was changed from light gray to black. I don't have much of an issue with the updated color, but I prefer the light gray color as it fits better with the general UI design, so I suggest an option to switch back to the light gray color is added.
