Pier for the village

Before the 1.14 snapshots end i juwst want to add 1 structure is called the pier which is for the fishermans, Its kind of fit in the village and make the village more better and not only that the fisherman can ride the boat and move it and fish while on the boat here  is an example picture of the pier
