Add a way to see effect status on console.

AFAIK There is no way to see how long your effects have left on console. I know that on Mobile devices you simply tap the effect icon in the top right and I also know that for PC you press the "Z" key (Took mashing all the buttons to figure that one out.). But I can not find a way to open that menu on console. It would be nice if it worked like the Java Edition, simply open the inventory. I hope this gets changed/added in the next beta.

    You have to assign a button to the function, as it does not come pre assigned, in the controller menu.
