Ability to choose between item ID or item Name when entering give command

When entering a give command the player should have the option of entering item ID instead of the item name if they want.

    Do you mean being able to type in /give @s spruce_planks 1 and I get 1 spruce plank?

    Because some items have a number tag for their ID, like planks. If I want 1 spruce plank I have to type in /give @s planks 1 1, the first one means type=spruce and the second one means amount=1. We need to change our item IDs.
