TNT Sound (19w11b)

I think the old TNT sound back in MC beta should be added, as I have heard from a lot of people that they had a higher opinion on the old sound than the new.

I wished I could of asked for this sooner, but I never figured out how to get on this website till a button in the latest snapshot was made in the pause screen.
