Old/New Sound Toggler

I think that an old sound toggler should be added for players who want nostalgia while playing Minecraft, especially those who played earlier versions such as the alpha ones. This is possible with resource packs, but someone whose come back to the game from before texture/resource packs were released may not know how. 

For the old hurt sound, you should make this gender selectable as to not cause controversy among players, and that could be selectable with the skin if enabled.
