Make Stripped Logs to Grass Path Blocks

Stripped Logs Should Be Lower than regular logs, similer to grass path blocks.

When you strip a log, you remove the top layer of bark making it smaller over all. Simlier to the grass path block.

    One slight problem (that doesn't affect me specifically, but would definitely affect some people) is that it would be a lot more annoying to use as a regular block for building, and it would mess up a lot of people's building style
