Toggleable particles

There should be an option in the settings menu that allows for particles to be on, halfed, on low, or turned off entirely. Particles are a very big issue especially when creating many different farms that require lots of soul sand to push mobs or blocks around so to have this option toggleable would save tons of time, frustration, and lag to many players.
