Fun way to get Player Heads in Survival: Witch kills a named Snow Golem

This is a feature from the Quark Mod by Vazkii that a lot of people really like. Essentially, if a Witch kills a Snow Golem that has a Nametag, the Golem will drop the head of the player with that name. The circumstances are niche enough that it would be practically unnoticeable unless you're trying to get a player head, but straightforward enough that higher-tier players could acquire the heads with a simple but fun challenge.
