Island Update (Islander)

My brother came up with this idea one day. Their will be a new type of biome called island biomes and will spawn with a special type of villager called islander that will trade island related and job related items. And their will be island challenges  that would enable you to recover medallions that would give special buffs for a short time before having to be recharged. The buffs will depend on the medallion (End medallion: wont take damage from ender pearls and enderman wont attack you if you look them in the eye, Fire Medallion: Gives fire resistance 6 for a extended period of time.
