Splash Water Bottles should hurt Snow Golems

Currently Splash Water Bottles when thrown can hurt Endermen & Blazes, both of which take damage from water blocks, however so do also Snow Golems. It would thusly make sense if Snow Golem took damage from Splash Water Bottles as well.

    Moved to mobs as this is an effect on a specific mob - though honestly it could be in either category.
