Work animations for villagers

I love the village and pillage update on mincraft with the different work schedules.
I also like how the villagers have different work stations and the sound effects on while they are working, but it is a little silly that the villages arms are joined while working, how can they get anything done.
So maybe villagers could have different work animations depending on their profession.

I just had a thought because of the vindicator has arms crossed when it is not being hostile, but when it comes to attacking, the vindicator's arms are crossed any more.

And perhaps the arms on the villagers can be just like a players arms while sleeping too.

    Like We Spawn A villager And Then They start working like chomping down tree's and stuff! Then Like 2 Weeks later that Villager Has Made A Village! And You can See The villager Make The houses!
