Offhand Selection for Mobile Idea

Maybe if there were a slot off to the left (or right) of the main hotbar that functioned as an on-off switch for your offhand that would work. If two blocks or tools were selected at once in both hands holding down would use the offhand instead of destroying blocks. Otherwise a single tap would use the offhand if nothing or a tool were selected in the main hand.
