Minecart speed command

Its hard to make rides with a speed limit of only 28 km per hour. Please allow command blocks to change this.(bedrock edition)

    I would like the command tag of /minecartspeed <speed factor>

     

    The tag speed factor is max speed in meters per second. This would make my roller coasters and rail traveling speed phenomenal!

    This would be great, but it should also apply to boats as well.  (and instead of a command it could be and nbt tag)

     

     

    p.s. can you change the description to be a suggestion for both bedrock AND java?

    You can already adjust minecart speed with Behaviour Packs.

    This should probably be put into nbt if it where to be added instead of being it's own command
