Making Jellie glow

So when I learned of jellie being the 9th cat, I thought would it be cool if you named the cat Jelly and it glows in the dark like the genetically engineered glow in the dark cats in real life. I just thought it would be cool

    Great idea. Except I don't know if there is a reason for that. Jellie would make a good portable torch, though.
