The Oak Forest's Generation is on point, and one of the more fun biomes to travel through, but there are no structures in which to stumble upon. I was thinking of a Garden.
I feel that there are more than enough mobs in the game, and don't think this Structure needs new ones. I was thinking that Rabbits fit it nicely, and are small and cute enough to make it more of a happy find, like the opposite of a witches hut.
the Idea is that it is a relatively small 10x10 flat area, with double a double high wooden fence or a wall with fences on top and a gate for you to enter, with torches placed so that the area is visible during the night and so that mobs don't spawn. It's supposed to be a safe haven for players to stumble upon maybe on their first night, or out adventuring and they need a place to sleep for the night.
The inside of the garden would have randomly generated (specifically oak forest) flowers, perhaps a pool for sugar cane to grow by, and then 1 small plot (maybe 3x3 or 2x2) of 1 specific crop, including pumpkins and melons (and excluding wheat, too easy to find naturally). I don't think a chest would fit this because although chests are always fun, all the "loot" worth collecting is really already visible. the valuable part of the garden is the protection and the plot of crops, so you can get better farms without having to find where they usually are (villages, zombies, or pumpkins).
I would say that a tree would be nice, or a tree house, but this is already a small area, and a tree house doesn't really fit the idea of a secluded garden.
Here's my Mock-up of what I think it would look like, the path and small hill make the place a little more busy, so the place looks more inviting and visually interesting, without being overbearing.
slabs over the top of fences should also be added, spiders can climb over normal fences.
I Love the Oak Forests, but since nothing spawns naturally in them I just wanted to spice them up a bit. seeing the warm glow of a garden that could feed a hungry/hurt player, just sounds like a way to make the calm game of Minecraft a bit calmer.
