When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Comparators on beds

You know that annoying moment when you constantly right click a bed, but it's too early? Well, what if to could take a comparator output from a bed to tell if you could sleep? For instance, when your able to sleep, a comparator would power, and you could connect a redstone lamp to that. This would get rid of those annoying moments. (Inspired by Mumbo Jumbo)

    I had a similar idea, in that beds should emit a redstone signal. I think what'd be cool is if a comparator output indicated whether or not an entity is in the bed? That way, you could make something like a "trapped bed"?

    It could also give of a stronger red stone signal when you are asleep.
