I want comments so that on a 2.5 game I can see why I shouldn't buy it and for the devs what they should change

    You should rephrase this, as it's currently very misleading. I thought originally that this was about Minecraft on the app store, not the maps and stuff on the marketplace.

    It should be moderated because someone could easily put one bad review with TONS of inappropriate things for children.

    Considering moderation is already in place for Bedrock and soon Java, I don't see why this wouldn't apply here. This could be useful for preventing players from making bad purchases or being swindled with a broken out of date map (A common problem I and many others have been having). Anyone who leaves bad comments or repeatedly breaks rules could get banned similar to gameplay offenses.
