Helicoprion: The new predator of the Oceans!

The Aquatic update is probably Minecraft's best update yet. The new mobs, the added blocks, the new structures. I was very impressed and happy to see the Minecraft oceans so vibrant and beautiful.

So here is my request. While playing in the update swimming through the oceans seeing the new blocks and creatures I found myself feeling like it was all missing something - a predator. My suggestion for this new predator is the prehistoric fish the Helicoprion!

let me get this out of the way, Helicoprion is not a shark. It may look like one but its actually a ratfish, a distant cousin of sharks and not A shark. 

The Minecraft team has brought us some creative ideas for creatures roaming about our world, I mean we have dolphins that chase the player's boat and turtles that lay eggs in the sand. And to me to make the oceans more lively and interesting is a strange, cool looking, dangerous predator that'll eat anything moves. The Helicoprion would not only give players danger of what lies beneath Minecraft oceans but also how bizarre and beauty of Minecraft oceans. The Helicoprion has lots of potential for unique behavior. It would be a beautiful but dangerous addition to Minecraft aquariums and ocean worlds.

I would be grateful if someone out there could lend a hand, lend a vote, and make this ambitious idea possible.

    The post states clearly it is not a shark but a ratfish, which is related to the shark family. It is an extinct creature so people wouldn’t have to worry about it being harmed in real life due to its possible hostile nature in the game, in fact its almost hard to believe it was real as it had a chainsaw shaped mouth for which I believe it used to slice up its prey. Anyway yeah, not a shark.

    It would (realisticly) act more like a shark... (which should have gotten into minecraft, except dophins stole their spot, even though they don't deserve it) meaning it should be neutral, like polar bears or spiders.

    pretty cool idea. i made a post, pending approval, about adding subnautica-esque monsters to the ocean, and adding trenches. the oceans aint scary enough. helicoprion is a great idea, it's prehistoric look and chainsaw mouth is some pantswetting stuff. great idea.
