(Java Parity) Dolphins New To Play With Items On Bedrock

In the Update Aquatic, Dolphins were given the ability to play with the items given to them in the water. However, this ability only made it to Minecraft: Java Edition and the Legacy Console versions! This feature is amazing and will most certainly make Dolphins on Minecraft Bedrock more worthwhile! Please make sure to Upvote so that the developers will consider adding this in a future release! :D

    Just make dolphins the same. They finally mad boat chasing, but some AI still needs improvements and there are 2 or 3 more play features (including this)
