Allow "Replace World' on Expired Realms

There's no reason why someone can't replace the world on a Realm they own even if they or their friends cannot play on the world. 

You should not have to pay a monthly fee if you only want to transfer your world from the Xbox One to another platform. (Since you cannot access the local files of the console.) I only use and pay for Realms to backup my world and transfer it to mobile, and store it in various locations. Since my world is so large, old, and so much progress made on it; backups are a necessity and share the world online. The platform I prefer to play on at the moment is the Xbox One and it's currently inferior then the others because of the absence of a feature to transfer worlds amongst the various platforms of Bedrock Edition.

If Realms isn't possible; at least add a feature that has a world upload and download feature across your profile that is similar to the replace, and download feature Realms has.
