(Java Parity) Language Settings While In-game

Now, I know that not everybody changes their language setting on a regular basis. But as someone who loves languages, I tend to switch my languages quite often. However, you cannot change it while in-game on bedrock, but you can in Java. So, I think implementing the ability to change the game language on the fly, in-game, would help further mend (haha) the features gap between the two main versions of Minecraft.
