Illager Scout

This one is pretty neat, they should really add is scout type of an illager, this scout will drop emeralds, illager banner, and the map to the village. He should also wear a leather armor, and carries an iron sword. And if he reaches to the village, he will start a raid.

  I would be great but when you kill the scout which it will spawn near a village it will drop compasses and pillagers outpost map

  NOT A RAID! 
  Raids are only meant to happen if you attack an illager captain as retribution, this illager would be devastating to villages. Instead it should follow players with the bad omen effect and carry a sword and binoculars, an item that works exactly like irl, it should run away if you chase after it
