Training Wither skeletons

We should be able to train wither skeletons, because what if you want a mega army these guys sure would be good so  am I right or am I right!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They are undead creatures that are created in a hellish world and all they would want to do is to kill anything living thing(mainly players) that steps into their territory.

    Just because you want to make an army from these guys doesn't give enough reasoning of why this should be in game. For me it's no.
