(Tablet/Console) POV Switcher

I think it would be great if you would implement a small button in like the top left or right corner of the screen that would allow tablet and phone users to switch their pov without having to go all the way to settings... since we don't have keyboards we can't do it quickly and things like flying with Elytra are so much easier in third person pov.
