Controls Sensitivity (not movement)

we have looking sensitivity to control our camera speed. we Need button sensitivity to control our placing/braking block. For example if someone if trying to place water for framing he/she pick it up as soon as it was placed. Button sensitivity will me good to have along with looking sensitivity.
