Add an option to disable double-click to crouch on touch control (Bedrock Edition)

In Bedrock Edition, add an option to disable double-clicking the crouch button on the touch control. When deactivated, you can click the button once to crouch.

    This feature would improve pvp capabilities on bedrock, evening the playing field between bedrock and console edition players.

    I don't think they should change double tap for locking in crouch, they should just make it so also can crouch while you're holding the button
