Swimming In Lava (Animation)

With 1.13, we got a new swimming animation for swimming in water.  I am suggesting that we add that same swimming animation for swimming in lava when players have fire resistance.  Also, you get better vision when swimming in lava with fire resistance.  It won't be as clear as water with water breathing, and you won't swim as fast in lava as you do in water due to lava being thicker.
