(Java Parity) Fish drop bonemeal

In bedrock, fish still wrongly drop 1-2 bones with 25% chance. They should drop 1 bonemeal with 5% chance instead, because java parity.

    But bones make more sense. Just because its different on bedrock means its a bug. In my opinion Java should get this bedrock feature.
