Better Execute Command

The Execute Command in 1.14 and up could change (In my opinion)

This is what I'd think is good

(For Entity) /execute (entity,@S,@E,Gammertag ect.) ~ ~ ~ (any command) (Starting at Entity, example using ~ ~-1

Example (Repeating command block) (Always active) execute @s ~ ~-1 ~ setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:diamond_block

~ ~ ~(tildes)= X Y Z at entity . can be replaced with coordinates .

(For Block) execute Block (Coordinates) ~ ~ ~ (optional) (Command)
