/gamerule maxScaffoldingLenght [leght]

This gamerule would let you change the maximum lenght of scaffolding blocks before it obeys gravity. I find it very weird that a block like scaffolding, that have been requested for such a long time, and that is supposed to, I quote: "prevent from having dirt scaffoldings everywhere" can only extend up to 6 blocks.
Plus, it wouldn't be very hard to implement and I'm sure it would help a lot of players.

This cannot possible be controlled by a gamerule, as it's controlled by block states.
