Improve Feature Documentation

There is currently little to no documentation about MCPE on the various platforms it supports regarding what features are and are not available in each and where they differ. One very specific call-out that I can make here is the support (or lack there of) for Bluetooth controllers across the various mobile platforms. Turns out that the Android version purchased through the Amazon App Store has removed this feature as compared to the Android version that is available via the Google Play Store. There is absolutely nowhere that this is documented for an end user to find, and the process of submitting and getting a response from the bug tracker JIRA literally took two MONTHS, so there would be no way for someone who purchased the game in good faith to know they weren't getting the same product and features, and they would be well outside any possible refund window.

That is just one specific example, and without clear documentation, there is no way to know what other things may be different or missing in the various editions. Given Mojang's statements that they do not provide technical support for the Bedrock product at all, this makes having these things documented that much more important.
