This item will only be obtained via commands.
The the item will include chapters, and be sorted out sort of like the inventory, and sort through the basic commands to the most advanced and how to use basic commands in advance way.
When you click on one of the guides in one of the chapters a tutorial how to use that pacific command will pop up, when you scroll down all the way to the bottom there will be a button that says: " ADD THIS COMMAND TO A COMMAND BLOCK" when you click on the button the dictionary will automatically pop into your left hand, then you click on a command block to place in the command! (placing multiple commands will not overwrite the previous command) if you use a invalid line of commands you'll have a pop-up that says "you can't do that silly goose!"
