Recourse packs and the crafting table

We need to have a new system where you can have a recourse pack on mine craft. But when you use it. It could change the inventory completely like moving the table closer to the character? Making the hotbar on the side of the inventory? Etc. Etc. If you understand what I mean. It would be a great addition and with things like shulkers could have their own Split-in-half design like it's opened like an in game shulker! It would be great!
