/resourcepack command

/resourcepack command would be able to automatically change player's resource pack, which is currently loaded. It would be very helpful in mapmaking because of shortening the loading time and allowing players with weaker hardware to play.

Example usage:

/resourcepack unload graphics1

~Disables resource pack located in save's folder "resources" called "graphics1.zip"

/resourcepack load graphics2

~Enables resource pack located in save's folder "resources" called "graphics2.zip"

    This allows for very easily making clients freeze, applying resource packs is completely reloading all assets of the game, and as such freezes the game for several seconds, for it to load everything.

    Run disable and enable on a clock, and you effectively froze every client.
