Add /ability Command to Bedrock Edition (Education Edition Parity)

Hey, I have an idea I'd like to share basically what my idea is, Is to add the /ability command to Minecraft Bedrock from education edition which will allow us to change our fly speed, walk speed, and other attributes of the player such as the ability to fly.

I just wanted to say this idea has been something I feel Minecraft Bedrock is lacking and with it and it would feel so much more complete to me and many other redstoners and command programmers who have been waiting for a command like this to be added for awhile now anyway thanks for listening to me and my feedback and have a wonderful week Mojang!
