Blue Ice Golem

I feel that currently blue ice is kinda pointless, so here's an idea.

Built like the snow golem, i'm thinking 4 blocks of blue ice 4x1, and something else at the top. Not really sure what that should be. I'm picturing a slow, slender strider with a hunched neck. It would hurl long thin ice spikes at hostile mobs, like Zeus hurling a thunderbolt. Maybe they'd punture mobs.

I think this would give nice functionality to an otherwise useless block. We've been overdue for a new Golem anyways.

(And maybe to add functionality to Polar Bears, have them and the Blue Ice Golems be hostile to eachother.)
