Witches should go back to being neutral mobs

It'd be nice if witches were actually neutral mobs, outside of raids, unless you hit them. It was nice, when they weren't immediately hostile all the time.

    Wait, they used to not be hostile? I didn't know that, but I don't totally agree with that. With witches being as rare as they are (same as witch huts) they're a rare 'challenge' to come across. I put challenge in little quots since witches take too long to drink healing potions, that they have no time to attack. This should be changed.
