(Feature Request) Minecon 2016 (and 17) Skinpacks

Greetings, seeing that you guys brought back the Limited Time Holiday Skins/Maps from last year for those who didn't get the chance to grab them. I thought it would also be nice for this year's Minecon Earth to return back to its roots and offer players a chance to grab the Minecon Skinpacks of yesteryear. I remember seeing the Minecon 2016 Skinpack when it originally came out and I loved it, sadly I never had a chance to redeem it. I'm sure other players would love to wear these old skins and would want a second chance to grab them before it's all gone once again.
