Quick Move Key

This was changed in the most recent update for console versions. I know what you're thinking: Y is still quickmove! But not when you already have an item or stack selected in your little cursor. Now if you're holding something, Y drops it instead of quick moving whatever you're hovering over. There's no easy way to swap something out of my hotbar for something else. There's no easy way to grab a small number of items out of a stack (before I'd grab the stack, place one with x, then press y to move it to my inventory. Now that just drops the entire stack on the ground and I pick up everything except for the two or three things I actually wanted. It's super frustrating since I've been playing Minecraft on Xbox since the 360 days and I've always relied on the A-X-Y-B combo to grab one thing out of a stack really quickly (A to grab the stack, X to place one, Y to move to my inventory, B to exit the interface). I could do this at blinding speeds but now I just drop 63 coal at my feet instead of putting one in my furnace. Even if you don't permanently change it back, at least allow players to customize interface controls.

    These needs a lot more votes.  Removing this and the inability for the cursor to wraparound as it did in Console Edition makes everything take so much longer.

    Not being able to quick move with Y while holding something with the cursor is so maddeningly frustrating and seems like such a simple thing. How is it possible that Legacy Console Edition actually does some things BETTER than Bedrock!?

    That this is even a thing shows utter incompetence in my opinion... Like seriously, why is it like this? Why would picking something up in the menu magically change the drop button from B to Y? Completely nonsensical, kinda like not having off hand, real Redstone, etc. I thought they said they want parity with Java, but it turns out they said they want to make a parody of java.
