Charged Creeper Improvements

A charged creeper is a crazy thing to see. It should have some cool visual effects along with its blue aura, like flickering and flashing, some glitch effects, stuff like that. If you blow it up it’s explosion should feel POWERFUL. With electricity particles and a loud reverberated explosion, something like the trident channeling sound effect.

    There should be a rare chance that a charged creeper could also have some extra powers such as teleportation, fire resistance, being unable to drown, flight, the ability to release charged energy from their body to attack players, and it can come back to life after it dies. It can only be defeated by letting it despawn. This rare type of charged creeper will have blue glowing eyes.
