horizontal scrolling

Currently there are no options regarding how scrolling affects item selection (sensitivity, toggle on/off, reverse direction, re-bind) and the horizontal scrolling event (which occurs whenever a mac-user presses shift while scrolling) does nothing and is non-configurable).
