mine tracks in villages (and a miners house)

Train tracks should run through the center of the village to a building called the miners house. It should have chest mine carts on it and all the other kinds of mine carts. In the miners house there should be a place where the train tracks go underground to a mine cart/train station then continue on deeper underground. There should by all sorts of good stuf for mining in the chest mine cart.
