End City NPCs

Dispite the end Cities being inhabited by shulkers, the giant structures seem very bland and quiet. I propose that those empty structures be occupied by humanoid creatures resembling an enderman and a steampunk-esk player. These creatures could be bribed with chorus fruit or Ender pearls to become an ally to help in battle. They can be equipped with gear and given certain orders, such as guard this area, or attack this specific mob, or even mine, farm and build. Or you can trade pearls and Ender eyes for rare stuff, like maxed enchanted tridents or weapons, potions that are otherwise unobtainable, like speed V (5) or haste III (3). Maybe even Notch (enchanted golden) Apples. Perhaps the structure can be surrounded by smaller huts and buildings, Making the End City, more of a City.
