Horse speed determined by breeding vs spawned horses

In the current system of minecraft there is a limit of how fast a horse can be bred to be. That limit is (unfortunately) lower than a spawned horse which makes many players seek out to find really fast horses in the wild which in turn makes the minecraft world file fill a lot more.

So to fix this problem i suggest that either horses in the wild cannot have faster speeds than is possible via. breeding or that the current breeding system gets buffed so it is possible to get really fast horses via. breeding. But the best solution according to me would be a mix of those two solutions.

Bonuses:

1. Having a higher limit of how fast a bred horse can be would make the game more interesting for those who are into breeding fast horses.

2. All of this is only a small chance and could impossibly be harmful against the player base.

    I agree, having the max speed only obtainable through breeding gives players a lot more reason to do it.
