Pick block controls should be different

Pick block is a very useful control, that I use frequently. And even more useful, in creative only, is pick block that copies block data(Chest contents, commands in command blocks, ect..) However, this can only be used with a keyboard(ctrl+pickblock). I propose a new method of getting the block+data: For creative: Tap pick block does the regular one, but holding it down will copy the block and it's data. This way xbox switch and mobile users could have better access to this.

    This does work for console, but you have to bind it to a button for it to work.
