[Banners] Add a light/soft shade pattern

Banners are currently limited in terms of color variation and shading. I suggest a new pattern which allows for a soft full-banner coloring based on the dye used. This would allow for blending colors as well as brighter and darker colors by using black and white dyes.

This pattern would affect the whole banner but only have a certain percentage of influence like 25% or something. Using white dye with it would result in a 25% lighter colored banner, turning purple for example into a lighter purple. Or you could use green dye with it on a light blue banner to get a more green-turquoise color than cyan.
