When a fish is outside of water, it will jump around aimlessly in an attempt to enter a body of water in which they can survive. In Bedrock Edition, fish will jump and also rotate when in air. However, in the Java Edition, while fish still jump, their rotation stays constant (at least on the y axis).
Since Bedrock Edition's animation is more aesthetically pleasing, I propose that it be ported to the Java Edition for feature parity.
